## What this site collects
This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. Our hosting provider processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the site and keep it secure.
If you email us, we use your message and address only to reply and keep a record of the conversation.
Messages to support in ALSoftworks ID
If you have an ALSoftworks ID, you can write to our support team from the envelope in your ID. Your ID gets an internal address on accounts.alsoftworks.dev. It only works between you and us: nothing is sent to or received from other email services, and other people can't write to you through it.
We store your messages, our replies and any files you attach (images, PDFs or text files), so we can help you and keep a record of the conversation. Only you and our support team can see them.
If you delete a conversation, it disappears from your inbox, but we keep our copy as a support record. We delete all your messages and files when your ID is deleted, or earlier if you ask us to.
Your rights
You can ask us what data we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Contact us at hello@alsoftworks.dev.

We update this policy when our practices change. The date above shows the latest version.
